HOW LONG MUST WE STILL WAIT FOR FNB HOUSING
Application for a re-advance Reference Number: ********** 054039 - On 15 March 2018, I emailed application forms to FNB Housing for a re-advance loan. On 11 April, the re-advance approval documents was received from FNB. My wife and I signed it and returned it the same day. When returning the signed re-advance approval document we indicated that a consultant must contacted us regarding the life insurance. On 16 April, a Authority for Payment under Bond was received. I indicated my bank details and returned it to FNB. Ever since that day I've been phoning daily to FNB Housing asking how far my application is. My wife and I visited the office at Menlyn Place on Friday, 20 April, was assisted by a consultant named Joy. She assured us that Monday, 23 April a consultant from FNB will contact us regarding the life assurance. It's Tuesday, 24 April and we have received no call. I TOTALLY REGRET APPLYING FOR THIS RE-ADVANCE AT FNB. IF I DON'T GET ASSISTED WITH IN 24 HOURS OF LOGGING THIS CALL I'LL CONSIDER TRANSFERRING MY BOND TO ANOTHER BANK AND CANCEL THE RE-ADVANCE APPLICATION AT FNB.
