How long does it take to approve cellphone repair?

I have logged many calls and have more than 3 reports about my cellphones that need to be repaired, FNB cellphone repair people always tell me that they are waiting for the approval to repair my phone, the last time i checked i spoke to Mapula and she arranged collection and after few minutes she called me and told me that they are waiting for approval from fnb.<br> It is now since 11 august reporting the same thing, more than 3 months now and is like i report it every month.<br> <br> Can FNB tell me how long does it take to approve a cellphone for repairs? a day? a month or a year
