How long does it really take to close a credit card account FNB?

Wow to say I'm surprised would be a lie! FNB really needs to sort out their service, I closed my credit account last week but it's not closed yet and I'm being charged for it still being open! How on earth does it take 5-7 days to close an account then a week later it's 7-14 days? Just close to account and call it a day. I'm tired of this nonsense service from these people. I don't recommend ever getting a credit card from this organization as closing it takes years and effort!
