How long does an internal request take to action?

In 2017, I opened an FNB Islamic Youth Account for my 6 year old daughter, via the FNB Islamic Bank contact centre. This was a very slick process which took a few minutes. The account was linked to my profile (the Dad) only though. I was advised that I would need to visit any FNB branch to have this account linked to my wife's profile (the Mum).

We visited the FNB Laudium branch on Saturday, 10th February to have this account linked to my wife's profile. We sat with Prenita, who was absolutely amazing in her service to us. She showed us, though, that my daughter's account needed to be transferred to/on 'MyBranch' in order for her to link the account to my wife's profile. On Monday, 12th February, Prenita emailed a form ('Authority for transfer of account/s') for me to complete, which I completed and sent back shortly thereafter.

My wife visited the FNB Laudium branch on Wednesday, 21st February, to check with Prenita as to why the account still does not reflect on her profile. Prenita provided her with confirmation that the request was sent through.

Monday, 26th February will be 2 weeks since Prenita sent my completed form through for the transfer of my daughter's account on/to 'MyBranch'.

How long does an internal request take to action? When will my daughter's FNB Islamic Youth account reflect on my wife's profile?
