How Long!

I have now been struggling a month to open a business bank account with you guys.

I understand that people are working remotely and all the stories that goes with that, but surely it cannot take this long to open a business account.

You guys do not give any feedback at all. I need the bank account to operate my business. To get through to your Business Banker number is a nightmare. After spending almost an hour on the phone I was told that it takes three days from receiving my documents. This is now the third time I am sending my documents through.

Please escalate this matter as I can simply not wait any longer. I am also in client services but I can assure you that you will never experience this kind of service from my side.
