How is this Private Banking?

My experience lately with FNB and their app, web and secure chat has left me speechless.

My private banker just doesn't seem to resole my queries in an efficient manner.

I have to follow up several times before I get an answer.

Last night I bought a data bundle and Vodacom did not provision it, although I got the SMS. They can't refund me but now also FNB doesn't want to refund me, yet I didn't get the product?
