HOW IS THIS FOR HIGHWAY ******* ????

On 13 November 2019 I inadvertently paid R130000 electronically from my credit card account instead of my cheque account. Upon realising my mistake I immediately credited my credit card account with a like amount (same day, same hour). My November card statement reflected a interest charge of R210.09 which I understood was for the erroneous payment I had made and the December statement reflects an interest charge of R118.67, a total charge of R328.76. I queried these debits with the Department concerned and I have just received an email from Danelle Hugo form their Premier Banking division advising me that my request for an interest reversal is declined.
