How is FNB going to exist? Must I seek Legal advise to get answers from my bank?

FNB has gone down the drain.

Why am I paying extreme banking fees for no services.

Logged a compliant on the 7th of October of a second profile on my banking app that I did not create only for them to yet to tell me where it comes from and who authorised it.

They can’t tell me what amounts are trying to be deducted from my account.

They cant track a refund payment with an ARN number..

Everytime I speak to someone on secure chat or phone in.... I speak to 10 people, get transfered, phones being put down in my ear ect.

How is FNB going to exist? Must I seek Legal advise to get answers from my bank?
