How is FNB a bank?

THEE most useless bank ever, no wonder my Salary doesn't get paid there anymore. I am trying to link my PayPal account and withdraw funds to the other, much better banks account. First, the idea that you find PayPal under a "Forex" tab, after having to Google where the heck it is. Talk about intuitive. I finally get to the PayPal tab, but no withdrawal option, clearly I am doing something wrong. Okay YouTube, what do I do, because I am certain finding an FNB consultant would either take ages or turn out to be a waste of time like my last encounter with FNB. Fortunately the savvy folks on YT showed a way that seemed straight forward at the time. When I attempt to follow their instruction online, a message response disallowing me to continue because I have a linked FNB APP on my phone that I should use instead. There I go with my big head navigating to my APP just to find that clicking on the link sends me back to the website that sent me to the APP. Tell me how this is a functioning bank. I was directed to call this number ***. When you call this number it literally changes to another number. Now I don't know much about technology, but that does not seem like something a phone number should do. I don't have a PC for this hence I use my phone, I even tried deleting my FNB app (which felt great by the way) but it didn't work. I dislike your offers, I dislike your service, I dispise your dated unintuitive technology, the format you use, the colour scheme and your existence.
