HOW *********** CAN YOU BE!!??
Last week FNB Home Loans had the audacity to debit R7401 from an account for which the debit order was stopped almost a year and a half ago. They then have the cheek to say it going to take 3-5 days to refund the money (MONEY THAT WAS NEVER SUPPOSE TO GO OUT IN THE FIRST PLACE). Its now almost a week later and the refund has not taken place. The best part is that during all this time the payment has been made directly from a salary deduction.

Upon enquiry the lady - who by the way- didn't give a name or reference number, says that the debit order has been unpaid every month and why didn't we cancel it before. Newsflash- we called into the Queensburgh branch to cancel it well over a year ago. In fact it was twice we called in because the first time FNB only stopped it for a month. She then interrogates and says its our responsibility to inform the bank when things like this happen, but excuse me do you seriously expect us to run after you and check that you have done your job all the time?

The best part is that the overdraft is being used and ofcourse FNB will wack on the interest.
It seems they did it deliberately to make money. #FNBservicesucks
