HOW HARD IS IT TO SEND ME MY PAID UP LETTERS!!!!!!!!!!
3 months and a few weeks to get through to ANY of your call centers in order to just get my damn paid up letters on my personal loan, credit card, covid loan and overdraft. You are sooo quick to handover someone to attorneys when one does not pay his account. But the minute he settles everything in 1 go it takes months to answer simple emails or even phone calls. NO WONDER YOUR LEGAL DEPARTMENTS ARE ALL BLOCKED ON CALLED ID APPS.

I have received a paid up letter for a loan that I settled in 2018 thank you so much for going that far but it means NOTHING... we are in 2022 for heaven sake!!! Is there anything being done??? Have you seen I paid around half a million to settle my debt with you?? Do you even bother? I NEED MY PAID UP LETTERS!! Next step is to go public, far and wide with this no-good bank!! 😡😡😡

I have received everything except the credit card paid-up letter. Been on the line with FNB Card division on 3 different calls for around 20min each just now. NO ANSWER. As always!
