How hard can it be

I left the company and their online FNB business profile a month and a half ago, but I am still getting SMS notifications of transactions the business is making.

After numerous attempts, FNB still has not removed my contact to receive SMS's.

This is an obvious breach, yet nobody seems to take it seriously.

How hard can it be...
