How FNB does not want to help with internet banking

I opened an account on behalf of my son about 2 weeks ago. After much difficulty, which was due to FNB's software blocking the FICA documents I repeatedly tried to send, the account was activated and we received his ATM card.

When I opened the account, I also registered him for internet banking. Up to today, he is still unable to use internet banking. He can log in, but it just kicks him out with some inane message about documents being outstanding (no, I've sent all required documents.) I have REPEATEDLY, i.e. must have been 3 times already, complained about this, but the bank does not deign to respond to my repeated requests for assistance. I get no response to my REPEATED complaints.
