How FNB destroys you with incompetence

All the smiley face and that FNB send be careful they are absolutely *********** ****s . I would start by saying I'm 100% above Board , "Had" a great credit record before FNB destroyed it and was a private client .

It started when FNB started using auto credit card payments but they made sure it use to sneak off just before my actual debits went off making sure i had bounced debits after keeping my account spotless for over 10 years .

Remember private client - Not a single call ,Email or anything.

One credit card auto payment didn't go off ,and almost instantly my account was frozen and was sent to the discusting Credit card department ,They set up harassment calls everyday, I would get ghost calls that they put down before I could answer .

Remember private client - Still nothing

After multiple complaints ,still waiting for a half decent reply .

I then decided to downgrade (almost impossible request)My request to downgrade to the fusion account I wanted was rejected because FNB has single handed destroyed my credit record .

Funds where always available so I settle everything immediately and will now be pullings my multiple accounts out of FNB ,Ebucks are a joke and be moving to my second bank . So I leave FNB after 10+ years with the only thing to show is a broken credit record that will take me years to fix .
