HOW FNB CAUSED MY BUSINESS TO FAIL

A hold was put in my bank accounts Without any notice or correspondence. I went into the branch and they tell me I need to speak to the ***** department. Which conveniently only answers the phone after 16:30. They tell me to go to the bank to do fingerprints. The next day I go to do fingerprints n try calling *****.

I was on hold the entire day. An once more they answer after 16:30 WHEN THE BANK IS CLOSED.

Thank you Fnb for crippling my small business and taking food out of my children’s plate.

My problem is ping pong between all these fancy facilities that we pay for every month but bankers and call centers that can’t sort nothing out.
