How does this work???

Please explain this, I ordered an iPhone 6 plus that was approved and then there was never stock of it, so eventually when they received stock then they wanted to deliver to me, so I phoned and cancelled this order, went online so I can order an apple mac book pro (500Gb) and then I receive a message that the application was declined, so how is one approved and then the one that was approved that I cancelled be replaced by a new order be declined, it's basically the same amount pm so that's just awesome. thanks for nothing, fix this.
