How does this make sense??

FNB is ridiculous and I am closing my account as soon as possible. I never use the actual credit card and want to only use my internet banking facility. When transferring via internet banking, I don't need a card. I know this because I have done it before using NO CARD. My card is expired and I do not have the new card with me, and never activated it, because I NEVER use it, but these idiots refuse to let me make transfers using my credit card since I am committing ***** by logging into MY internet banking and making a transfer with MY OWN account if the card does not exist, even though it is NOT USED when doing the transaction (please comment how this makes sense). But don't stress, you don't even need to phone me since I have logged queries about this twice and no one even gets back to me. So you will be losing a client due to ridiculous rules which don't make sense.

I have been waiting 45 minutes to just close my account, and I was even the second person in the bank this morning. Thank goodness my current bank (Investec) doesn't make me stand in line since they handle my affairs 100% over the internet. Only being patient since this is my last visit to this time sucker.
