How does this even work?

Okay, so I have had it with FNB. For years we have put up with them for the sole reason of not wanting to move over to another bank. That has changed now. I will go through any trouble to get away. For 6 years I have had numerous accounts with FNB including a home loan which I have never missed a payment on. So I tried to apply for a Garmin Vivoactive 3 as I will be running the Two Oceans this year, but do not qualify. I enquired about this and they told me that they already loaned me too much so I do not qualify. I thought this couldn’t be, but accepted it none the less. We then tried with my wife’s name, no go. Apparently her 6 year standing home loan that has been paid each month, does not qualify her for a watch. Logged into my online banking, guess what??? I am now being offered personal loans of high amounts and instant loans all over the place but cannot get a smart watch??? How on earth do they work? Sorry FNB but you are going to lose me this time. I have had it. How can we not help you should be your slogan as this is the impression you give.
