How does one escalate a request at FNB?

I have made numerous attempts to inquire HOW to transfer my nephews student loan to him now that he is working. FNB loans has been useless so I tried Secure Chat to share an escalation process and bright spark Melody told me there isn't one. So then WHO can help me transfer this loan?
