How does a policy lapes within one month?
I have been banking with fnb for a very long time so I took up a policy with them (first justice).
I have been been paying successfully for the passed three years
Without fail.
Till last year December when I had a problem with my account.

It was to my supress that my policy with first justice had lapsed,,,,,, that was due to the fact that I missed one month payment. How do you do that? Without even notifying me. I found out when I went to fnb needing legal guidelines that I thought I had from you.

This is a huge shock never really thought fnb would rub of their customers like this.

So if first justice won't cover my case they better refund me so 8 can go open another policy
