How do you make a deposit if the atm,s is not available to do so

Cash deposit at fnb atm is a unpleasant experience. It literally take me 4 days to do a deposit. The long queues after spending hours I'm queues to still not able to do deposit atm icon reads no deposit. And now I'm forced to go inside the bank to do a deposit and still the teller tells me it is cheaper to deposit at the atm not knowing I can't cos it not available at the atm and what got to me I had to drive to various malls in the erea to get the same experience at the atm what must I do pay extra in the bank or wait several days risking my life at a atm trying to do a deposit but is not available to do at the atm if they put there measures in place than have atm's just for deposits
