how do you allow a debit order with no mandate

R429.21 was debited from my account on the 15th of Sept and the description is KING PRICE. R391.34 was debited yesterday by a KPLIFE. I did not authorize a debit order from King Price nor have I ever had insurance with them. How did they get access to my account? on my transaction history, there are now two Magtape unpaid of the above-mentioned amounts. I did try to reverse both amounts earlier this morning and i was only successful with one. this is *****, how do they have access of ones account if one never dealt with them? also what is this 'Magtape unpaid'
