How do I fix the banking services manually without banking staff?

I still cannot use any of the banking services including mortgages and vehcile purchases, asset finance purchases loans and or any banking services, shopping etc and its ****ing me off overtime I have to go into the branch and or chat through the securechat to all the black zulu english speakers and or white people and or indian people they cannot fix the problem and its impossible to fix from my side of the system or the complaints department, digital bank ing and or any of the systems and or services on offerer and the staff are either fat poor stupid and or useless unqualified and or no nothing about salary ies and or finance and or purchases and this countries political system is like oppression its so irritaiting. I am not sure how many reference numbers there are? where would I look?
