How do I ascertain the reason for FNB not wanting my business.
I wanted to open an account with FNB and they refused without giving a reason. I also have accounts with two other Banks.

20 Mar 2021, 17:40The reply did indicate that I could query their decision,which I did.They refuse to give me a reason and fob me off to the Banking Ombudsman.Who gave them the right to refuse giving me a reason.
