How difficult is it to deliver the correct thing?

I ordered a SMEG Coffee Grinder (Cream) during your Black Friday deals, however instead of receiving a cream one, a black one was delivered. Please replace this with the correct colour as ordered. I have the order number and the email confirmation that I ordered cream and NOT black.

Very disappointed.
