Please explained how did you help me! Every month your accounts get paid yet no balance movement! The COVID relief was a complete **** nobody can explain the amounts at all! I was a normal account I came out a branch suddenly having a over draft!!!!!!! I explained over an over my salary date change yet they keep running the payments on a old date... my over draft was -11 000 this morning it’s suddenly -R20 000!!!!! I have moved my salary call me all u want use put me into debt an I will be laying complaints by every ombudsman I can find!
