I had skipped payments on a relvolving loan while I ws on martenity leave in 2014 bt made payments as soon as I got back to workin2015. fast fwd to 2018 I received a call from the lawyers that I owe them +R7000 because I was handed over. I went to the Secunda branch for clearity, when I got there the first consultant that attended to me was not helpful and ddnt wanna listen to my story she jst said if the lawyers say I owe them money then I owe them money and had to pay, I refused to leave her desk until she call her collegue Madeline Meintjies (I gv her name because she was helpful) She listened to my story and checked on the system checking back up to 2014 on how I conducted my account, she made calls whereby they kept on tranfering us from one call to the next, she ddnt give up we were on the phone for almost 2hrs long story short. She really helped me we find out that it was a mistake from the lawyers I wish all the consultants would be as helpful as Madeline Meintjies was to me especially in these difficult economic times as I almost paid money that I had already paid.
