Ai FNB really can make you naar. Last month I app**** to reverse my Pay-To-Cell, they gave me a form, sent it back, got a reference number and since then I’ve been told they have escalated my enquiry( I don’t know how many times I’ve been told this).

This is not how you treat your clients but here we are🤦🏾
