How come then can at OR Tambo, but King Shaka cant

I am not a business traveler, I travel infrequently for pleasure, and as such, it is with company. I recently traveled to Durban with my son for a karate tournament, and used the Slow Lounge at OR Tambo with no issue, and they let my son in even though it was peak time, as long as I understood that I was going to pay for him, which is not an issue, as I would have paid anyway if we had breakfast downstairs.<br> <br> On the way home, the folks at Durban refused to let him in, as it was peak time. Why they can do it in JHB but not in Durban? If the lounge was full, I may have understood, but there were hardly any people in there anyway. I was dreadfully embarrassed, and quite disappointed. What is the point of having the benefit if you cannot use it because you are travelling with someone. <br> <br> If your lounges are restricted or for business people, could the Steves making the rules please display them clearly, so that I can spare myself the humiliation and disappointment of not getting in, and spend my money elsewhere. <br> <br> Maybe its time to consider a bank with rewards that are usable, even the ebucks arent that great.
