My cousin was ****med yesterday at FNB at Metlife Plaza, Kabega Port Elizabeth. His bank account was completely wiped and when he requested assistance from staff at the branch their response was pathetic. They weren't helpful at all, and took it as something that happens often. He then went to the police station to report this, the Sgt in charge said that there's a number of cases like this and the people do not get their money back more often than most.
