Over the weekend I went to look at buying myself a Car and the Financier at the Auction House had to do a pre - approval . Standard Bank and Absa granted me the approval with a 8% interest rate. My own Bank FNB gave me a 10.5% interest rate. I am absolutely disgusted that the bank I have been using for almost 20 years gives me such poor results given that fact that the repo rate came down as much and all other banks are giving me good rates but my own bank. I will now rather change banks as its not the first time I face such **** service. FNB is simply appalling.
