How CAN'T we help you??????
How CAN'T we help you!!!!....today i called in spoke to legal collections regarding 2 debit that were taken from my cheque account towards the credit card. I spoke to Ncumisa who explained that fnb had called me on the 19th March to make an arrangement and i didn't take the call. I explained that i had been contacted i just wasnt sure of the dates. I then checked my phone and got the correct date that i was contacted by the agent on 16.03.2018 at 12:06pm call lasted 1min16sec number that called me was ********** 140. She stated that she has no record of this call on the system but on this call i spoje to a guy i think his name was Bongani (i could be wrong). The agent had called in to make a payment arrangement. He asked for R4000 i advised that i could only pay half and i confirmed that i would make half the payment at the end of March. An amount of R2071 was debited. According to Ncumisa that was a forced debit and not an arrangement which was unknown to me. I am now querying the second debit order as i had not agreed to it and according to me i had made an arrangement on the call made to me on the 16th. Ncumisa sed se wouldn't be able to listen to the call but where does leave me as a client. Is it my fault that the agent who called me didn't make the correct notes. And if Ncumisa can't listen to that call as she said another department has to deal with that not her, who will listen to that call as i would like the R7380 to be refunded because i know that i made an arrangement prior for the first debit im not part of the incompetence and technicalities of your departments.
