Why does FnB offer a premium service on a premium account but furnish it with subpar Banking officials. I tried asking about a product for the middle income earners the new Aspire account which will see the Gold account bundle of R109 retired and dropped in price by R10 to R99 with a cool looking black and turquoise card. The person I spoke to in MY PRIVATE TEAM OF BANKERS (Heaven Help Me) just read Retire and immediately harps on the fact that im not a retiree and I do not Qualify for this product. When in actual fact He wasnt reading my question. nor answering the question. yet continues to harp on the WELL KNOWN FACT that im not a retiree. Its like he just simply doesnt understand what he is on about. but he persists in force feeding me his ignorance. Please contact me regarding this FnB, I dont see why you have someone dealing with long term clients who dont know their own products let alone how to read with understanding
