How can you NOT help me

FNB has the most user unfriendly online facility imaginable. I have been on the phone for an hour, I have a job and meetings to attend and was now promised someone will call back before 14:00 - that deadline has passed so once more you exceed my expectations of how bad service can be. I am an RMB client and am used to excellent service, I cannot imagine FNB being in the same group. Our HOA has an account, I am the administrator, I use the app on my iPad as I don't have a laptop that Java can be loaded on, only my work laptop. I need to change and load scheduled payments and the app on the iPad can of course not do it. I buy a laptop and call to set up online banking on said laptop. Because I haven't signed in for so long except on the app I get blocked. I have to reactivate (at a cost I was not informed of). I go through all the drama to get to some manual form that needs to be printed and sent back (archaic much FNB with all your bragging about digitization?) - but it gets worse, I get to the form and am told I have to print it. This laptop, that I had to buy for the sole purpose of FNB online banking being useless, is not and will not be connected to a printer. There is no other way to reactivate, I buy a printer or I never use online banking again. It cant be forwarded, it cant be digitally approved, oh no, the maximum inconvenience is to force the customer into a corner where I have absolutely zero options available to me. Way to lead the way in digital innovation - you should probably review your customer value proposition in this regard - this is hands down the worst online experience I have ever had - so at least you are good at something, destroying your brand and reputation one customer at a time. Thanks for nothing, I will apparently never be able to transact again unless I buy a printer (perhaps you have shares in the industry). I am ashamed to say I once respected and recommended your organisation.

If only I knew I could deal with my wonderful private banker Lynn Nana instead of having to endure hours of incompetence at the hands of your business banking division this would never have been a complaint. Business banking should take a step back and reconsider their value proposition, then the other divisions won't have to come to their rescue when they prove they don't know the meaning of the term customer experience. Thank you Lynn! This company is lucky to have brand ambassadors like you and I hope they appreciate the value add you contribute
