HOW CAN YOU HELP ME...STOP **********!!!!!PROTECT ME!!!!!!

5 ********** transactions went off my cheque account and 1 off my credit card by Steamgame, i have know idea who this company is and I reported it IMMEDIATELY, requesting that the FNB revise these transactions as I did not give permission for these nor do I know who is taking the funds. They told me that they can cancel my cards but cannot can the transactions, and I must way 7 days for feedback... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I never gave permission, that should stop anything from being deducted. Then you are my bank and you are suppose to protect me as your client and revise any transactions I inform you is not legal ones. You as my bank should and know my habits...you allowed ********** transactions to go through even when I told you to stop it and revise it immediately. And then tell me I must wait 7 days for feedback...Why! Just like that, I can see how you will turn this around and inform me that you will not revise as it was my error, NO THIS WAS IN TIME AND I HOLD FNB RESPONSIBLE In this time where I need all the funds I can get to support my family. How can you help me????how about protecting me as your loyal client for 20+ years This happened on Wed 01/07/2020 cheque 5 transactions totaling R6796.78 and then credit card 03/07/2020 one transaction that I know of R1581.95. Thanks for blocking my cards but how about blocking these ********** from getting my hard earned money.... I need help...where is FNB now ????????????????????????
