Ask yourselves - how can you help me? I lodged a credit card dispute 3 weeks ago and even though I was reassured it would take 5 to 7 working days, it has not yet been resolved (15 working days and counting!). I was only contacted once, a whole 2 weeks after I lodged the dispute and never again. I've submitted everything that was required and yet I sit here wondering when it will be resolved and when I will finally give up and change to a bank that can do more for me.
