To dispute a debit order on the FNB App is R5, however, this was not the case with me. I tried reversing two (actually 3, but that’s another story for another day) debit orders which would have cost me R10 in total, but no, the app kept giving an error message telling my to contact the service centre. I contacted the service centre and I was charged R48 for each of the two debit order reversal (R96). Up to this day, I am still waiting for an explanation as to how this was my fault, their banking app wasn’t working properly and could not do the reversal myself; they stole R88 from me.
