HOW CAN YOU HELP ME????

I app**** for a speed point machine on the 5th of June and up to now I have had no response from FNB .When I go to the branch or phone they just tell me they are escalating the matter to the responsible managers. I am losing business everyday . This is really unacceptable!!!
