Good Day Mr Bhamjee,

Thank you for your posting,

Kindly be advised that you have an option to contact Savings and investment directly on *** alternatively send an email to *** instead of waiting in the queues at the branch.

The branches are trying to help clients to use the self help zone by transacting digitally giving you more control of your financial activates. The 42 minutes waiting period depends on the previous tickets that were issued some client may have needed to open accounts which takes longer than a query, However we have directed your complaint to the branch to investigate why the tellers were closed? The ATMS outside should have been in working order for transactions many clients prefer to use ATMS as this is a cheaper and quicker option instead of paying cash handling fees or waiting inside the branch . The branch will need to respond as per your time that has been wasted as they would need to check what type of ticket you generated.

In future kindly request a consultant to get the Manager or assistant Manager from the branch who will address all your concerns at the time of your visit in order to prevent any hassles.

For general please contact FNB help desk on *** option 2.

Kind regards,

Hello Peter Team
