"How Can We Waist Your Time & Money With Unnecessary Issues?"

Again I find myself here because if you don't want to wait 48 hours for an email response you are doomed to use HelloPeter to receive support from the "How Can We Help You" company - ironic.

I tried to purchase/apply for the Xbox: One S 500GB Smart Device package, but of course, this was not possible.

When I go to the FNB Smart Device https://www.fnb.co.za/fnb-connect/catalogue_devices.html, click on consoles, click on view (Xbox: One S 500GB package) and then click on the Get It Now! button, I am redirected to another FNB Smart Device catalogue, only this time there is no Xbox: One S 500GB package. I took a screen-grab and will attach it to this review as proof.

Now the fun starts...

I try to call the FNB Dot store at the Nicolway Shopping centre. The phone system places me on hold and ends the call after about 10 rings. I tried this a bunch of times, no change. I'm not even sure if the Dot FNB shop even exists anymore? After that, I searched the internet for a number I could call regarding Smart Device deals. I finally found one only to be passed around by call/support agents and ending up at the FNB business department. I will not be wasting my time/money trying to reach to correct person/department via a phone call to FNB. I had to resort to sending an email which will take 48 hours to respond to. I cannot wait 48 hours for a simple and small issue like this. I would like to know whats what so that I can move on and make alternative plans if I have to. Nobody is going to wait 48 hours to conclude a plan! They are just going to come to the conclusion that your service sucks and move on to your competitor.

In any case, this is a ****py form of false adverti*****t and I expect FNB to honour its adverti*****t, assist me in processing my application for the advertised Xbox: One S 500GB package and fixing their online catalogues.
