How can we take your money

So FNB decides to arbitrarily deduct R2271 from my account without notifying me of their intention to do so. Claiming they have the right to do so. Talk about Treating their customers fairly. More like taking as much as we can to frustrate the **** out of our clients.

While I understand the fact that I have a loan with their legal department, I do believe it does not give n the right to deduct any amounts without my explicit consent. Especially since I haven't been able to service the loan fir offer two years. Does NCA not have anything to say about such?

I need them to refund the money ASAP. And then we can talk about future arrangements.

I know I am responsible for the debt but for God's sake; inform the clients of your intention. Don't just take whatever is left in their account.
