How can we take your home

FNB (Housing Finance) is the worse bank ever. No customer service, no compassion (especially in thia time of covert 19) and rudest people working for them.

I read all the reviews and now I can understand while people are complaining about them and its the truth.

They should change their slogan. They are in the business not of wanting to help.

I've been with them all the years but the past few years has been a great disappointment. They hand you over to attorneys and within a day a valuator is send out to value your property. Then they harass you and threaten that they are going to sell your property. A lot of people are struggling right now but they dont care.

Dont take out a home loan with them. When you call them, you wait long to speak to someone and it's using your airtime. In branch the consultants are not allowed to make calls from the bank. They cant even assist you in the bank because everything is being done in Head Office.

A fish rots from the head. Fed up with their nonsense. As soon as i can I will switch my bond.
