How can we SHAFT you ??!

I comply religiously to the rules dictated by the bank but never do they surprise me ,with the manner in which it goes out of its way to frustrate its clients !! I get prejudiced simply because I didn't update my details every 12 months ??!There is nothing to update ,instead I get told by the consultant to update my details with a fictitious fax number and this will solve my dilemma!!Unreal!!!How about prompting your clients to update their details on the internet banking platform the same way you harass me to <br> 1.Take out an overdraft<br> 2.Take out an personal loan<br> 3.Need a mortgage??<br> WHAT A JOKE!!!!!
