How can we ***** you

Dear Peter I have been a client of the above bank since 1994 and held various business and agricultural current accounts and mortgage bonds. I was left with R 2 m debt without a fixed income in March 2015 due to circumstances As a professional Valuer I immediately attend to my practice which was dormant at the time to generate income and a to meet my debt requirements. I approached my local FNB branch in Port Shepstone for a R 500 000.00 OD to ensure a regular cash flow, this was declined on the basis that i am a sole proprietor and that I will be a "risk" to the bank. At that stage I was due R 400 000.00 by my clients and also involved in a divorces proceeding with net assist due to me of at least R 10 m. A delay in payment from one of my clients in payment of a substantial amount due to me further amplified the my cash flow problem. Be that as it may as predicted I was unable to meet my Home loans repayments and went in to arrears with all the phone call and threats of selling me down the drain. At long last my clients want to pay me ,as Government Department I have to be registered on their Data Base(CSD). One of the many criteria are that the bank details must be verified by your banker. this I have done on the 19 October 2017 a simple process that should take 4 days would have put me in a position to meet all my financial obligations to FNB. Ten days later I am still waiting and receive threats from my Debtors including FNB. Regards Kobus
