How can we rob you?

I swiped my card when my account had money in it, SANRAL banked late and as a result my account didn't have funds, but to be charged R155 for every R10 for each tollgate is ****************, this is opportunistic and should be *******. R155 for every R10!!!! When I swipped my card I had money in the account, why must I pay the price because the merchant banked late? This is how FNB helps small businesses, by running them into the ground....The slogan should be How can we rob you...

Good day, thank you for trying to resolve my complaint but i am still in the same position, they reversed R1085 and debited R585 on the same day for the same transactions in question, I guess they have to make something out of me....kindly resolve.
