How Can We ROB You?

Been a clinet of FNB for a while over a decade probably. Had an overdraught facility as well as a personal loan with them. Loast my job and notified them of the inability to make monthly payments. Was advised that it's my problem not theirs. Long story short, i was unemployed for a while and when i started working again i was unable to make payments since i was making enough to actually only pay rent not even food. Nevertheless, a yr or three later, i decided to go under debt review and i started making my payments. as life would have it, i was retrenched and again notified FNB. Spoke to a consultant by the name of Teboho and he was going to investigate and launch credit life claims etc to have this debt sorted. Never heard from him in over a month after following up numerous times. Then i get a call from attorneys saying i need to pay them for the outstanding amount? Now, how do i do that please advise?
