How can we NOT hep you

<p>The slogan of FNB is, "How can we help you?". I think this needs to change to, "How can we NOT help you?". I have been banking with FNB for about 10 years but they always fail at every instance when I require help from them. Early this year I app**** for vehicle finance & FNB failed to finance me while Nedbank was able to finance me gladly. Recently I app**** for a home loan & guess what? I was declined again while SA Home Loans is gladly granting me the bond I app**** for. It is really disappointing for a bank that I've been with for all these years not to able to assist every time I need assistance but others are willing to assist every time.</p>
