How can we NOT HELP you is more appropriate

How disappointing that your motto is "How can we help you" when I have a private banker who does not practice it! Because despite being included in an email about my problem with a Forex receipt, he doesn't think my issue is worthy of a courtesy email or offering to follow up on my behalf. How utterly unprofessional and a total disregard for quality service!
