HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU

I have been banking with FNB for 20 years , we all fall in hard times sometime and FNB was always willing to assist , however , all of sudden out of the blue after depositing my annual bonus into my Credit card account and during this hard times we are facing as a result of Covid 19 , FNB has decided to decrease my credit card facility and taking my whole bonus that I was keeping for times ahead as my husband is a non essential worker and had to take unpaid leave during this time , why now after 5 year all of a sudden , I have transferred this money to my savings account as we are dependent on this , I have never defaulted on any payment ever
