How can we not help you
It seems FNB is not willing to answer questions, assist or even resolve a query, I have been waiting for call recordings for months now, even the person you keep giving my cases too seems not to care what happens, Malubana, Harvetion keeps being assigned to investigate and each time never comes back to me for a resolution, FNB LIFE AND CARE are just as useless, Does anybody care about customers at FNB? I asked for my contract even now no response

05 Sept 2020, 10:10You have been saying the same thing since when??it seems you are avoiding getting to a resolution, when will you be able to help a client, assist where one does not understand and complete investigations to the satisfaction of both parties instead of always leading to dead ends? instead I am being harassed by collections people who are also not helpful
